The non-legislative proposal demands the Government to adhere to the demand presented in 2018, to address the International Criminal Court (ICC) and require progress in the situation of Venezuela, as well as requesting its preliminary investigation chamber to issue an arrest warrant against Maduro and other suspects of “committing crimes against humanity.”
